Joining Mitchell Mine Engineering Services

Having started a new project commissioning and modifying a newly built plant for Australia's leading lithium producer; we need additional qualified and skilled mechanical fitters and BMW to join the team.

The Role - Mechanical Fitter

Roster 8:6.

Day Shift.

Commissioning punch lists and fault finding.

Bearing maintenance - new install, lube line install, initial packing.

Pump maintenance - new install, rebuilds.

Alignments - installation and alignment of new components.

Flange management.

The Role: BMW

Roster 8:6.

Day Shift.

Ability to read technical drawings and P&ID.

Fabrication of brackets and supports for pipe work.

Guard rail modifications.

Pipe work fabrication and installation.

Stainless steel fabrication - stick and mig/tig.

Your Qualifications

Australian Trade Papers.

Australian Drivers License.

White Card.

Working At Heights.

Confined Space.

Gas Test Atmosphere.

Demonstrate First Attack Fire Fighting Equipment.

The Offer

Casual employment.

8:6 roster.

$70 per hour.

Superannuation on all hours.

Mining award allowance.
