As a Heavy Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of underground and surface heavy mobile equipment, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with site safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy diesel equipment.

• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.

• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance activities.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures.

• Contribute positively to a productive and team-focused work environment.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Possess a Mechanical Trade Qualification, demonstrating your expertise in heavy diesel mechanics.

• Proven experience with heavy diesel equipment, demonstrating your capability to maintain and repair a diverse range of heavy machinery and fleet vehicles.

• A commitment to safety, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.

• A positive attitude and great team player, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.

• Possess a valid Manual Drivers Licence to travel and perform your responsibilities effectively.
