We’re Hiring a Chef!

Part-time • Around 20 hrs/week • 0800am–1700pm

Love cooking and want your work to actually make a difference?

Join our warm, supportive team and help us bring great food and joy to our aged care residents.

You’ll be part of a friendly crew, working in a modern kitchen, creating meals that genuinely brighten someone’s day. If you’re passionate, reliable, and love what you do, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience as a chef

  • Cert III in Cookery (or equivalent)

  • Good understanding of food safety (aged care experience is a bonus)

  • Friendly, reliable, and great with people

  • Food Handling Cert + Police Check (or willing to get them)

  • Unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Daily food prep and cooking for our aged care and café menus

  • Following HACCP food safety standards

  • Preparing texture‑modified meals (training provided)

  • Using slow cooking methods to prepare bulk dishes.

  • Helping with stock, ordering, portion control, and reducing waste
