About the Role:
Due to our continued growth, Tidal Solutions is seeking a safety focused Mechanical Fitter to join our shutdown and project crews in the Northwest regions, with long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

We are looking for flexible team players who can thrive in dynamic environments while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Role Requirements:

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Mechanical Fitter)

• Valid Driver’s C-class Licence

• Working at Heights

• Confined Space Entry

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical.

• All applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

Highly Regarded:

• RTIO Inductions

• National Police Clearance (within 3 months validity)

• MSIC

• VOCs (Verification of Competency)

• HRWL

• Basic Fire Safety Training

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous mining and shutdown experience

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience with fixed plant maintenance and mechanical assembly

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Commitment to quality maintenance and repair standards

• Ability to work closely with fabrication teams.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety protocols.
