About the Role
 
SMS Mining Services is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our site-based maintenance teams across WA operations. This is a hands-on role working across maintenance and project work, supporting a busy heavy mobile fleet and ensuring equipment reliability through diagnostics, servicing, breakdown support, and full rebuilds.

You will be working on SMS-owned heavy mobile equipment including haul trucks, loaders, and excavators within a structured, safety-focused environment, with consistent long-term work and ongoing development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
  • Australian / NZ recognised Trade Certificate - Heavy Diesel
  • Unlimited Australian working rights
  • Valid C Class Driver’s License
  • Mining experience (highly regarded)
