Mechanical Fitter - Crusher Location: Goldfields Region, Western Australia

Roster: 2:1 - 7 Days, 7 Nights, 7 Days Off

Hours:
 12-hour shifts (rotating days and nights)

Pay Rate:
 $79.01 per hour (flat rate - all shifts)

Start Date:
 ASAP   

About the Role
Our client is a reputable mining services contractor supporting a major Goldfields operation. They are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters with hands-on crusher maintenance experience to join their fixed plant maintenance team. This role is perfect for mechanically driven tradespeople who are safety-focused, reliable, and thrive in a high-performance mining environment.   

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, and inspect primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing equipment
  • Conduct liner changes, bearing replacements, belt system maintenance, and component change-outs
  • Follow all site safety procedures and ensure compliance with workplace standards
  • Collaborate with supervisors and the maintenance team to meet production and safety targets
   Candidates must have:
  • Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Demonstrated crusher maintenance experience
  • Working at Heights certification (issued within the last 2 years)
  • Confined Space certification (issued within the last 2 years)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
