About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Building & Design Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is pivotal in guiding customers through their new home journey, from initial enquiry through to tender acceptance.
Opportunities are available across our North West and South West display centres, offering the chance to work from stunning showroom environments while being supported by a well-established brand.
What you’ll be doing
Guiding customers through the purchase process of a new Fowler Home, from initial enquiry to tender acceptance.
Generating, managing, and meticulously recording sales leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
Assisting with the daily operations of the display centre, ensuring presentation is maintained to the highest standard.
Establishing and nurturing new sales networks to expand business opportunities.
Supporting and contributing to strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
Collaborating with customers and internal teams to propose modifications to approved master plans and specifications.
Accurately calculating costs for amended plans and specification changes
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Sales & Design Consultant role.
Proven experience in new home sales or the residential construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Sound knowledge of council regulations and CDC codes.
Strong understanding of construction processes and residential builds.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related tools.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust with a diverse client base.
Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated approach to work.
