About the role
We are seeking a skilled Retail Manager to join our WT Hardware team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This is a full-time, permanent role, offering the opportunity to lead and develop a thriving retail online shop specializing in Cabinet Hardware products.
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing store operations, and fostering a customer-centric culture. Your strong commercial acumen and passion for the retail industry will be instrumental in taking our store to new heights.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
Ensuring the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
Providing effective leadership, coaching, and support to a team of sales associates
Analyzing store data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven decisions
Fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations
Set up e-shop and maintain e-shop web.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the workwear or safety equipment industry
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Fluency in both English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is essential
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with retail technology and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and reporting tools
