The Opportunity
You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Volume Home Builders across the residential construction market.
This role is focused on building strong partnerships with key stakeholders including procurement teams, estimators, construction managers, and decision-makers within major residential builders. You will work closely with customers to identify opportunities, increase product adoption, and drive long-term account growth.
Success in this position will come from your ability to leverage existing industry networks, open new builder accounts, and maintain strong engagement throughout the sales cycle. You will also work closely with merchant and distribution partners to ensure seamless supply and continued growth across key builder accounts.

Your Experience
- Proven track record in working in the Residential Construction market, ideally with established relationships with Volume Home Builders
- We are open to any product range; our client has great training and development.
- Multi-Stakeholder relationships, with the ability to influence at all levels of the residential market.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong presenter & negotiator.
