Distinctive Homes is now seeking a results driven Sales Manager to join our team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, in this hands-on leadership role you will be responsible for the sales strategy, operational processes and developing and mentoring a highly competent and professional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and manage execution of sales strategies designed to achieve monthly/annual targets.
Monitor sales pipelines, lead quality, and conversion performance.
Prepare regular reports on, sales, forecasting, team performance, and compliance together with market insights.
Identify new market opportunities and provide input into new product development and marketing initiatives.
Build strong relationships with clients, referral networks, and key stakeholders.
Manage client issues as they arise to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performance sales culture and team.
Provide continuous training, mentoring and support to empower and facilitate the success of the sales team.
To Be Successful for This Position You Will Have
Proven sales experience, with a minimum of five (5) years working in a senior sales leadership role within the residential building industry.
Experience in developing and implementing business strategies and practices to achieve sales targets and business KPIs.
Ability to develop a high-performance sales culture and team.
Strong work ethic with exceptional leadership skills and a proven history of people management, training, and mentoring.
A commercially focused, proactive, highly organised, hands-on approach to management.
Strong client management and communication skills together with well-developed negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, code, and industry guidelines
