Senior Stylist / Master stylist – Key Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, styling, balayage, foiling, blonding and finishing services
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong long-term client relationships
Conduct professional client consultations and recommend suitable services and retail products
Maintain strong rebooking and client retention levels
Mentor and support apprentices and junior stylists
Assist with training and maintaining salon service standards
Work efficiently within appointment schedules while maintaining quality outcomes
Help maintain a positive, professional and team-focused salon culture
Keep workstations clean, organised and compliant with salon hygiene standards
Contribute to salon retail sales and promotional activities
Manage client concerns professionally and assist in resolving service issues
Stay current with industry trends, colour techniques and new products
Assist with opening and closing salon procedures when required
Support salon managers with day-to-day operations and workflow
Maintain accurate client records and consultation notes
Ensure all tools, equipment and colour areas are maintained correctly
Participate in team meetings, training sessions and salon education events
Uphold salon presentation, professionalism and brand standards at all times

Min Cert 3 hairdressing required with all the skills that entails

Looking for outstanding high performance hairdressers.

Minimum 5 years experience and able to do all types of cuts and styles
