Your new role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join this high-performing team. This role will involve providing breakdown support and preventative maintenance across plant and equipment, ensuring reliability, safety, and minimal downtime.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Install and maintain electrical systems across site
  • Perform fault finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime
  • Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance activities
  • Support plant improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Act as a key point of contact for electrical issues on site
  • Work closely with the maintenance and operations teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • A Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)
  • Strong experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Solid fault-finding and diagnostic capability
  • Experience with control circuits and PLC systems (must)
  • Commitment to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement
  • Good mechanical aptitude to assist with breakdown work
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously

Experience within agriculture or poultry environments will be highly regarded.
