Australian Air Conditioning & Mechanical Services (AAMS) has a full-time apprenticeship opportunity within service department. As an Australian owned and operated mechanical services contractor, AAMS Group has established itself as a recognized leader in the construction, HVAC, and mechanical services industries throughout the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and complete all apprenticeship/traineeship requirements in appropriate time frame and attend all trade school activities.
  • Maintain up to date record of work via eProfiling
  • Undergo on-the job & in house training as required
  • Positively represent AAMS at Trade School
  • Follow instructions and seek guidance from experienced professionals to foster personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Genuine interest in the construction, HVAC, or mechanical services industries
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to occupational health and safety guidelines
  • High school completion to year 10 at a minimum
  • Hold a current NT Driver’s licence and WHS construction card
