With a strong pipeline of large commercial projects, we’re looking to add an experienced SAA‑accredited Electrician to our VIC team.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on site leadership role where your experience actually matters. You’ll manage commercial solar installs from start to finish, work alongside capable project managers and engineers, and build a long‑term career with one of Australia’s most established commercial solar companies.

This is a full‑time, permanent position managing on‑site delivery of commercial solar installations.

You will:

• Lead and supervise commercial solar installations on-site

• Manage installation crews, safety, and quality outcomes

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients

• Ensure all works comply with standards, drawings, and commissioning requirements

• Work on large, high‑value commercial projects with repeat clients

• This role suits a hands‑on electrician ready to step up (or continue) in a site leadership role.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Qualified Electrician with SAA Accreditation (mandatory)

• Experience across commercial solar installations

• Working at Heights & EWP licence (or willingness to obtain)

• Current driver’s licence

• Strong understanding of site safety and quality control

• Ability to self‑manage, lead by example, and problem‑solve

• A genuine interest in solar, battery storage, and energy technology
