About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Automation Maintenance Electricians to support a range of manufacturing clients across Sydney on a casual basis.

• Flexible shift coverage available across day, afternoon, and night shifts

• Work across multiple sites, supporting automated production environments

This role is ideal for electricians looking for flexibility and control over their schedule, including those seeking casual or semi-retired work arrangements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in connecting with people who have:

• Current NSW Electrical Licence

• 5+ years’ experience as an Industrial Electrician

• Experience working within manufacturing environments (food highly regarded)

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities

• Experience with automated machinery and high-speed packaging lines

• Exposure to PLCs, VSDs, and control systems

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• A proactive, safety-focused mindset

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
