What the role involves 

You will be responsible for tiling and finishing swimming pools to a high standard across a range of residential and commercial projects. 

This includes: 

• Preparing surfaces and applying waterproofing systems 
• Laying and securing tiles to specification 
• Cutting and shaping tiles for curved and detailed surfaces 
• Grouting and sealing finishes correctly 
• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings 
• Completing work to a high-quality finish 
• Working closely with project managers and site teams 
• Maintaining a safe and organised worksite 

What you need 

• Previous Pool Tiling experience is essential 
• Strong understanding of pool tiling and waterproofing techniques 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings 
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship 
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment 
• Strong commitment to safety and quality 
• Current manual driver’s licence
