We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Field Service Diesel Mechanic to join our expanding service team in Launceston, Tasmania. The role requires you to work on technologically advanced equipment, either on-site or in the workshop.

Tasks & Responsibilites
Report to the Branch Manager
Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained for the range of products sold and supported by Randalls
Provide accurate service reports on completed work
New machine builds as required
Field service assignments
New machine deliveries
Maintain a safe working environment
Skills & Experience
Prior experience working within diesel mechanic industry would be highly regarded
Experience in hydraulic and electrical systems desired
Possess a high level of technical understanding of heavy mobile equipment
Ability to manage time between multiple equipment maintenance projects
Testing/adjusting advanced hydraulic and electrical systems is advantageous
Strong customer service skills
Continual learning and development mindset would be advantageous
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
MS Office and ability to use a computer is essential
