Flow Water Services is a family owned business delivering water solutions across the agricultural, industrial, and mining sectors throughout Western Australia. With a strong and growing pipeline of work, we are seeking a motivated Apprentice Boilermaker to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone looking to build a long-term career in fabrication, welding, and water infrastructure while learning from experienced tradespeople in a supportive team environment.

This role will be based out of our Bibra Lake workshop with opportunities to work on various project sites across Western Australia.
You will work alongside qualified boilermakers and trades to develop practical skills in fabrication, welding, maintenance, and installation works while completing your apprenticeship.
Assist with fabrication and welding tasks
Learn to read and interpret drawings and measurements
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Assist with maintenance and repair work on water infrastructure equipment
Grinding, cutting, measuring and preparing materials
Assist with workshop and site installations
Maintain high safety and quality standards
Keep workshop clean and organised
Strong willingness to learn and develop trade skills
Reliable with a good work ethic and positive attitude
Mechanically minded and hands-on
Ability to work well within a team
Commitment to workplace safety
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Good communication skills
Driver’s licence
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol testing if required
Forklift Ticket

Basic hand tool experience
Previous workshop or trade assistant experience
