HVAC Installation Project Manager (Mechanical)

AMS Mechanical Projects Victoria is based in Burwood, VIC and is a leader in the design, supply and installation of commercial air conditioning systems, specialising in office fit outs in existing buildings.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Air conditioning trade qualifications would be looked upon favourably. Applicants must be professional, well presented, motivated.

The key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Managing a team to deliver successful project outcomes

• Apply communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and relationship building, with the ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, including ability to negotiate and manage conflict.

• Maintain profitability and cash flow of the project.

• Liaise with project client on an ongoing basis 

• Negotiate the prices with suppliers.

• Order the equipment & materials.

Experience / Qualifications / Attributes Required:

• Previous local project management experience.

• Previous experience in mechanical services supervision preferably site or service supervision experience.

• White Card

• Current driver's license

• Police Clearance less than 3 months old

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong commitment & ability to work in a team.

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable dependent upon the experience and skills of the successful candidate. In addition, the package includes superannuation, motor vehicle allowance, phone and uniforms.
