• Contribute to monthly team meetings with ideas and solutions to achieve project goals.

• Maintain a positive and flexible attitude in various work scenarios.

• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to achieve project goals.

• Read and interpret complex construction drawings effectively.

• Demonstrate organisational leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Possess a strong understanding of current Australian electrical standards and regulations.

• Be physically fit and collaborate seamlessly within a team.

Additional Consideration:

• Travel: Some projects may require working away from home.

Requirements:

• Current QLD Electrical Licence

• LVR/CPR, Construction White Card, Elevated Work Platform Licence

• Valid Open Driver's Licence
