We're on the lookout for a Leading Hand Qualified Roof Plumber who is motivated, reliable, and ready to grow with us. As we continue to expand and undertake work throughout the South East, Northern, and Western suburbs of Melbourne, you'll enjoy consistent work, great support, and genuine opportunities to develop your skills with a company that's going places.

We are actively growing our leadership team, with the right candidate progressing into a Supervisor role overseeing crews and projects.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for a range of roof plumbing tasks and onsite supervision, including the installation, repair, and maintenance of:

• Roof drainage systems
• Klip-lock and corrugated roofing
• Fascia, gutters, downpipes, and flashings

Most work is residential with opportunities to expand into other project types as we grow. We are looking for a highly skilled roof plumber who wants to lead a team and advance their career into a supervisory role. You'll work alongside and lead a supportive team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

We want someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work.

Requirements

• BPC registration

• Minimum 3 years as a Qualified Roof Plumber

• White Card

• Current driver's licence

• Ability to read plans and work independently

• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude

Desirable

• Experience in both new builds and re-roofing projects

• Own tools
