Electrician (Mechanical Electrical BMS installer)

We specialize in Mechanical-electrical service works, including office/warehouse fitouts, emergency repairs, retail renovations, and commercial HVAC installations across Sydney, the South Coast and the Central Coast, with our primary operations in Sydney.

The Role:

We're seeking an experienced and self-motivated electrician who thrives on leading projects from start to finish and mentoring the next generation of electricians. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic workday, takes ownership, solves problems independently, and is ready to help drive a growing, forward-thinking company.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and deliver complex electrical projects from conception to completion with autonomy and confidence

• Work collaboratively with the Switchboard team to ensure a cohesive installation

• Mentor apprentices and junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to develop the next generation

• Make smart, independent decisions on-site to manage team productivity, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects on track

• Handle emergency and urgent electrical works with a solutions-focused, client-first approach

• Contribute to our commercial HVAC clients asset management services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through reliability and professionalism

• Proven experience managing complex electrical projects from end to end

• Strong leadership skills with a desire to guide and mentor apprentices

• Excellent problem-solving ability and the confidence to make decisions independently

• Clear and professional communication skills with clients and team members

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and think quickly under pressure

• Commitment to delivering high-quality service with a client-first mindset

Essential Requirements:

• NSW Driver's License

• Construction White Card

• Current NSW Electrical licence (Contractor/Supervisor)

Mechanical Electrical experience is advantageous we value leadership, initiative, and people skills above all.
