About the Role

As the Team Leader, you will be working alongside and supervising a small team of spray painters in a high work volume environment.

To be successful in this role you will need to possess strong knowledge in the Automotive/Boating Spray-Painting or Cabinetry Industry and have a proven history of leadership.

Your Skills and Experience

· You must be able to communicate clearly, take and follow directions in a professional manner

· The ability to work to timeframes, deadlines & multitask

· Proven experience leading and supervising a team

· Maximising the productivity and have a proven ability to drive  the refinishing team

· Commitment to company quality requirements

· Ability to work unsupervised, providing continuous leadership and guidance to your team

· Be proactive in promoting safe WHS in accordance with company polices

· Liaising with other HODs, Team Leaders, and your internal team members

· Effective problem-solving skills

· Have a keen eye for detail and pride in your workmanship

· Can do attitude, strong work ethic, hands on approach and passion to succeed

Hours

Mon-Thurs: 6am-2:30pm

Fri 6am – 12pm

Overtime available upon request
