ABOUT THE ROLES
RDH are seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics for:

• FIFO project-based roles (various WA sites, rostered swings)
• Local Geraldton workshop-based roles with site deployments as required

  
In these roles, you will:

• Perform planned preventative and breakdown maintenance on Civil and Mining mobile plant
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across a diverse fleet
• Work across an expansive range of Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (300+ RDH-owned assets)
• Maintain equipment to ensure reliability and sustainable operations
• Work independently on site or collaboratively within the workshop team

  
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

• Experience across Heavy Mobile Plant, Trucks and Trailers
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Flexible and adaptable mindset
• Solutions-focused approach
• Professional, safe and timely work practices
• Strong communication skills
• Currently located in WA with full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
• Satisfactory National Police Clearance

  
EDUCATION, LICENCES AND TRAINING

• Australian-recognised Trade Qualification (Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant)
• Valid Australian HR Driver’s License
• Construction Induction (White/Blue Card)
• Mobile Plant Technology Trade (highly regarded)
• Air-conditioning license & experience (highly regarded)
