Trade Assistants & Roofers

IMPartners is recruiting on behalf of Roofers of Adelaide (ROA), a growing South Australian roofing business specialising in steel roofing and cladding across Adelaide.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Trade Assistants to join the team for ongoing casual work with full-time hours available.

Working across metro Adelaide, you’ll assist experienced roofing crews on a range of residential and commercial projects.

In addition to Trade Assistants, we are also interested in hearing from experienced roofing professionals looking to join a growing and well-established team.

Candidates with experience in steel roofing, cladding, flashings, gutters and residential or commercial roofing projects are encouraged to apply.

Opportunities may be available for experienced roofers to step into more senior responsibilities based on experience and capability.

As a Trade Assistant, you will be:

• Assisting roofing crews on residential and commercial roofing projects
• Carrying and loading materials
• General site clean-up and labouring duties
• Assisting with roof preparation and installation works
• Working safely at heights and following site safety procedures
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Supporting tradesmen with day-to-day roofing tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• General labouring experience
• Roofing experience highly regarded but not essential
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work well within a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Sound communication skills

Essential Requirements:

• White Card
• Working at Heights ticket
• Driver’s licence
