About the role

Secure a long-term leadership role with a growing switchboard manufacturer based near the Port of Brisbane. Lead workshop teams delivering high-quality switchboard builds, fit-off, testing and control panel work across major electrical projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily workshop operations and workflow
  • Build, wire and test switchboards/control panels
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics
  • Mentor electricians, apprentices and trade assistants
  • Maintain safety, quality and project deadlines

Qualifications/Experience required

  • QLD Electrical Licence + current CPR/LVR
  • Switchboard manufacturing experience
  • Strong fault finding and testing ability
  • Ability to lead workshop teams confidently
  • Knowledge of control wiring and schematics
