Formwork Carpenters - FIFO Mining WA

Taurus is a privately owned and operated specialist mining supplier with various clients around Australia.

On behalf of our client we are looking for experienced Trade Qualified Formwork Carpenters for ongoing roles with our Mining Client. These roles will include above and below ground civil construction at various WA Mine sites.

These will be permanent position with our client after a labour hire period.

Point of hire is Perth. We will only be considering WA based candidates for this role.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following;

ESSENTIAL

• Valid Manual Western Australian Driver's Licence

• Formwork Carpentry in a mining or construction environment.

• Relevant Trade Certificate

• Due to working on gold mines you must be able to provide a CLEAN National Police Clearance (within 3 months of commencement date). 

• Working Safely at Heights Certificate is ESSENTIAL

• White Card

• Unrestricted Working rights in Australia.

• A commitment to your own safety and those who work with you.

• Successful candidates will also be required to pass a pre-employment medical drug & alcohol test (at our expense) and regular onsite D&A testing.

DESIRABLE

1. Current Senior First Aid Certificate

2. Underground experience
