👩‍🔧 WHO WE ARE

We're a close-knit crew of six A-Grade Sparkies and one gun admin, operating out of our office on Queens Parade, Clifton Hill. Woman-led, proudly diverse, and with a culture we're genuinely proud of.

Our work is mainly domestic, involving small renovations, general lighting and power installations, maintenance, and fault finding. Most of it's in Melbourne's inner north, with the occasional outer 'burbs adventure thrown in.

We're growing and we want someone who wants to grow with us.

🗓️ HOW WE WORK

Every Tuesday, the whole team comes together at our Clifton Hill office. We run a structured toolbox meeting to align on jobs, safety, and anything the team needs to know  then everyone does van time to keep their setup organised and materials sorted. It's one of the things that keeps us sharp, connected, and on top of our game as a crew.

We use Simpro to manage jobs, log notes, and upload photos so your day flows smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. Our admin team has your back so you can stay focused on the work.

• Solid experience in residential and domestic electrical work

• Confident working independently on-site, but genuinely values being part of a team

• Keeps your van tidy and well-stocked, an organised setup matters to you

• Takes pride in doing the job properly, every time, without being asked twice

• Calm, adaptable, and optimistic, you're a glass-half-full kind of person

• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients

• Open-minded, kind, warm, and easy to be around
