Trades Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join one of our long-standing clients based in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.

Our client is a leading international manufacturer of chassis-related assemblies and components for trailers, trucks, known for quality workmanship, innovation, and a strong team culture.

Proven previous experience as a spray painter is essential; qualified spray painters are preferred but trade recognition is not mandatory, making this accessible for skilled candidates

About the role

You will be responsible for spray painting suspension and chassis components within a busy manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Candidates who are mechanically minded will have the opportunity to be cross-trained across other areas of the operation, offering greater variety and career development.

To be successful you will have

• Recent proven spray-painting experience
• Current forklift licence (essential)
• Mechanically minded attitude and aptitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work overtime when required

Qualifications

Trade qualifications are not essential; however, proven industry experience is required.
