Auto Electrician

We are currently seeking experienced Auto Electricians for a FIFO opportunity based at Gudai-Darri.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing maintenance team working across a diverse fleet of Heavy Mobile Equipment in a field service environment.

What’s on offer:

• FIFO from Perth – Thursday fly in / fly out
• Competitive hourly rates: $67 – $81/hr
• Long-term project through to April 2027
• Family-friendly roster 8:6 Dayshift rotating 7:7 Nightshift
• Opportunity to work across a large-scale mining operation

Equipment: You will be working across a broad range of HME including;

• Diggers
• Dozers
• Dump Trucks
• Graders
• Drills

This role is primarily within the field team, with occasional workshop-based work as required.

Requirements:

• Australian recognised Auto Electrician Trade Certificate
• Current C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
• Previous experience working on Heavy Mobile Equipment
• Rio Tinto Inductions an advantage
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Mining experience highly regarded
• Ability to work safely and effectively within a team environment
