Autobody Prestige Smash Repairs is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Prepper & Polisher to join our professional and friendly team.

🔧 About the Role

You will work closely with our spray painters to ensure vehicles are perfectly prepared before painting and professionally finished after painting.

Your Responsibilities:

Preparing vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, cleaning, etc.)
Assisting spray painters with daily preparation tasks
De-nibbing and polishing vehicles post-paint (Must have experience)
Conducting quality checks to ensure high-standard finishes
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Proven experience in prepping and polishing within the automotive spray-painting or smash repair industry
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work effectively within a team
Willingness to follow workshop systems and procedures
