Cabinet Maker – Senior Level (8+ Years Experience)

Our organisation is seeking a highly experienced and detail‑oriented Senior Cabinet Maker to join our professional team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship, strong technical capability, and a proven ability to deliver high‑quality custom joinery across a range of residential and commercial projects.
Position Overview
The Senior Cabinet Maker will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and installation of premium cabinetry and bespoke joinery items. This role requires advanced technical skills, the ability to interpret complex drawings, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry in accordance with detailed plans, specifications, and architectural drawings
Operate workshop machinery including panel saws, CNC equipment, edge banders, routers, and precision hand tools
Conduct on‑site installations with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Apply advanced joinery techniques and high‑quality finishing methods
Review and interpret cutting lists, technical drawings, and project documentation
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
Collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, tradespeople, and apprentices
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cabinet making or joinery
Demonstrated expertise in custom cabinetry, detailed joinery, and premium finishes
Strong understanding of materials, hardware systems, and modern construction techniques
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to on‑site challenges
Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
White Card (preferred but not essential)
