About the role
Superior panel and mechanical repairs' is seeking experienced and skilled panel beaters, spray painters, and R&R technicians and Workshop manager to join our team in Pakenham, VIC. This is a full-time position in an established and reputable automotive repair workshop. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service and high-quality workmanship to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Performing high-quality panel beating and repair work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Carrying out spray painting and refinishing tasks to the highest standard
Undertaking removal and re-installation (R&R) of vehicle components as required
Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient and timely completion of all jobs
Adhering to all health, safety, and quality control procedures
Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive work environment
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a panel beater, spray painter, or R&R technician and Workshop manager in the automotive industry
Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive repair and refinishing techniques
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
