We are seeking Lift / Escalator Installation Mechanics (Fitters) to join our project teams delivering installation work across Sydney CBD and the surrounding areas

These are on-site‑based installation roles, where you are assigned to a project location and will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to deliver safe and high‑quality outcomes.

  • Permanent roles

  • Multiple headcounts

  • Reports to the Project Managers

Key Responsibilities 

  • Installation of Lifts and Platforms on project sites 

  • Perform installation work safely and in line with site and project requirements 

  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project documentation 

  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers and construction onsite‑based installation teams 

  • Contribute to delivering project milestones and quality outcomes​​

What you will need to be successful

  • Must have legal eligibility and full working rights in Australia

  • Mechanical trade background with min 3-5 years of experience within the lift industry

  • Extensive Electrical/Mechanical knowledge across large equipment and the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.

  • Demonstrated ability to carry out mechanical installation work 

  • Ability to work full‑time on a single, site‑based project 

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts 

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a site environment 

  • A committed professional, with safety as priority

  • Detailed oriented and is results-driven.

Working Arrangements 

  • Based primarily on Sydney CBD projects

  • Site‑based role (not a mobile/service role)
