Mechanical Fitter - Gearboxes

• $55-60 p/hr + penalty rates

We are currently hiring an experienced and trade qualified fitter to work with one of our clients located in Malaga. Our client provides gearboxes, gear drives and gear motors in nearly every industry and market, touching various points of manufacturing, processing, packaging, conveying, and material handling. You will be required to work on various gearboxes including but not limited to.

• Inline Gearboxes

• Parallel Shaft Gearboxes

• Precision Gearboxes

• Right Angle Gearboxes

• Shaft Mount Gearboxes

As well as having experience working on the above gearboxes all applicants will need to meet the below criteria.

• Trade certified mechanical fitter

• Dogging and forklift licence

• Able to read measuring equipment correctly

• Read technical drawings

• Have basic machining skills

• Can work unsupervised and in a team

• Has laser alignment experience

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge of safe work practices
