• Casual senior hairdresser position

• $35 per hour

• Flexible hours and workdays

• Supportive salon environment

• Ideal for hairdressers wanting consistency and work-life balance

Option 2 – Fixed Price - Rent a Chair

Perfect for established stylists wanting independence and control over their income.

• $250 per week

• No lock-in contracts

• Bond required

• Full use of salon equipment and facilities

• Flexible working arrangements

Option 3 – Percentage-Based Rent-A-Chair / “Earn As You Go”

A great option for stylists transitioning into self-employment or building clientele.

We offer a flexible percentage-based structure where the more you earn, the lower your operational fees become. This system is designed to support you while you build, and reward you as your income grows — so you’re not penalised for being busy.
