About the role
SA Industrial Roofing is seeking an experienced Roof Plumber to join our team on a contract basis in Adelaide, SA 5000. As a Roof Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of various roofing systems, ensuring they meet all relevant safety and building standards.
What you'll be doing
Carry out roof installations, repairs and maintenance on a variety of commercial and industrial roofing projects
Inspect and assess roof conditions, identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Install, repair and replace roofing materials such as metal sheets, tiles, and membranes
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines
Liaise with clients, project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate work effectively
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout each project
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations on site
What we're looking for
Formal trade qualification in roof plumbing or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Roof Plumber within the commercial/industrial sector
Demonstrated expertise in the installation, repair and maintenance of a variety of roofing systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical plans and drawings
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Commitment to safe work practices and environmental sustainability
