About the Role

Due to continued growth and recent contract awards, CCS is seeking experienced and motivated HVAC&R Service Technicians to join our team servicing clients across the ACT and NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established team delivering high-quality preventative maintenance, breakdown response, repairs, and upgrade works across a diverse commercial portfolios.

You will work alongside a skilled and supportive team while building your technical knowledge and developing your career within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventative HVAC maintenance

  • Fault finding and breakdown response

  • Repairs and minor project works

  • System testing and commissioning

  • Client communication and reporting

  • Participation in after-hours/on-call roster as required

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience servicing commercial HVAC systems

  • Strong fault-finding and technical skills

  • ARCTICK Refrigerant Handling Licence

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence

  • White Card (or ability to obtain)

  • Ability to obtain a Police Check

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • A proactive attitude and commitment to safety

Desirable

  • Dual trade qualification (HVAC / Electrical)

  • Experience with chillers, BMS, or critical environments
