Position Description:

As a Beauty Therapist at CJ Artistry, you will deliver a diverse range of premium nail services with a strong focus on creative and innovative nail artistry. In our fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment, you will provide exceptional, personalised care to every client, ensuring they leave feeling confident and delighted.

Your expertise in nail design and genuine passion for outstanding service will play a key role in upholding our reputation as one of Australia’s leading nail salons. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Design and deliver creative, custom nail art tailored to each client’s personal style and preferences.
Conduct thorough nail and skin analysis prior to choosing the most suitable treatments, products, and techniques.
Provide comprehensive nail care services, including cuticle treatments, nail shaping, enhancements, hand massage and flawless finishes.
Advise clients on effective nail and hand care routines, helping them maintain beautiful results at home.
Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and sanitation across all tools, equipment, and workstations.
Stay up to date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through continuous skill development.
Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering personalised care and exceptional service.
Manage appointments efficiently while ensuring smooth operations and a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with the team in a fun, multicultural environment to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
Strong technical skills in a variety of nail treatments and artistic designs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Relevant certifications are preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
