Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team in a permanent Afternoon Shift position supporting a major automated manufacturing operation within Sydney's Western industrial corridor.
This is a full-time permanent position working Afternoon Shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm) within a modern, fast-paced and highly Automated Manufacturing Environment in Western Sydney.
You will be responsible for maintaining critical production equipment, responding to breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure maximum plant reliability and performance.

Respond to and resolve electrical breakdowns across production equipment and plant machinery
Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance activities
Conduct electrical fault-finding and diagnostics on automated equipment
Install, modify and commission electrical systems and equipment
Work with motors, drives, sensors and industrial control systems
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site procedures
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current NSW Electrical Licence
Experience within industrial maintenance environments
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working with motors, drives and control systems
Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery
A proactive and safety-focused approach to work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
A professional attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
FMCG experienced preferred

$60 per hour + Afternoon Shift penalties
