We're building out a brand-new insurance re-roofing division and we need experienced roofers to join the crew from the ground up.

About the role

You'll be working as part of our re-roofing crew, completing insurance repair works across the region. Day to day, you'll be:

Carrying out tear-offs, repairs, and full re-roof installations
Working across metal roofing
Working safely at heights in line with all site requirements
Maintaining quality workmanship and attention to detail on every job
Supporting your Lead Roofer and crew on site (Looking for lead roofers also)
Communicating clearly with the team and respecting client property

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a roofer, with re-roofing experience preferred
Good knowledge of metal roofing
Working at Heights ticket (current)
White Card (current)
Asbestos awareness training (highly regarded)
Strong work ethic and a safety-first attitude
Reliability — you turn up, on time, ready to work
A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
The ability to work well as part of a team
