Qualified & experienced painters
Potential team leaders / leading hands

Consistent, steady work (no bouncing between employers)
Standard Hours: 7am–3pm
No weekend or public holiday work (unless you want it)
$40–$50 p/hour + Super (depending on your skills)
Local work – Brisbane Southside, Bayside & Redlands

👷 Who We’re Looking For

Skilled Painters

Trade qualified or solid hands-on experience
Pride in your finish and prep work
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Team Leaders / Future Leaders

Experience leading or mentoring others (or ready to step up)
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to maintain quality and client confidence on site
Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the business expands
