DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome clients, conduct consultations, and assess individual hair care needs.

• Provide expert advice on hairstyles, hair colours, treatments, and home hair care products.

• Perform hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, and special occasion hairstyling services.

• Apply hair colouring services including balayage, foils, highlights, toners, tints, and colour corrections.

• Perform hair treatments including keratin smoothing, nanoplasty, hair botox, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all treatment areas.

• Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitised after each client.

• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate client records.

• Assist with retail sales of professional hair care products.

• Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Work effectively within a team environment and contribute to salon goals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications

Must have related qualifications in Hairdressing.

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification).

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a hairdressing role.

• Experience with advanced colouring techniques including balayage and foils.

• Experience performing keratin treatments and hair restoration services is highly desirable.

Skills
