About the role

Built By Barling is seeking skilled Qualified Carpenters and Apprentice Carpenters to join our family-owned, values-driven team. We respect the trade, and we’re creating a place where good people can do great work, enjoy the process, and grow on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As a full-time position, you will play a vital role in the construction and maintenance of high-quality residential and commercial projects across the Sunshine Coast region.

The Role

• Deliver high-end carpentry across custom builds, renovations, commercial tenancies and outdoor living spaces

• Maintain a high standard of detail, finish, and site pride — every job, every day

• Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive site culture

• Work on projects we manage from the ground up

• Working only on local Sunshine Coast & surrounding regions

Who You Are

• A qualified carpenter (Cert III) with previous experience & Apprenticeship opportunity — no experience necessary (all training provided)

• Back yourself and your work — you’re confident on the tools and care about the result

• Keen to be part of a crew where culture matters as much as capability

• Looking to build a career, not just clock hours

• Hold a White Card, Driver’s Licence, and have your own tools
