Position: Maintenance Worker (Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter)
Location: Oxenford Quarry, 33 Maudsland Road, Oxenford

The Role: We're looking for a Maintenance Worker (Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter) who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the challenge of keeping our operations running at peak performance. This role offers competitive pay, full-time hours (+ regular overtime available), and a supportive team environment. Your day-to-day tasks will include preventative maintenance and quick, effective responses to breakdowns. You'll work on a range of equipment, including:
Crushers
Pumps
Chutes
Screens
Conveyors
General heavy earthmoving equipment
Who We're Looking For:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a boilermaker (with mechanical knowledge) or a mechanical fitter (with welding experience) within a maintenance department, with a preference for experience in the Quarry or Concreting industry.
Qualifications: Trade certification as a Boilermaker / Mechanical Fitter
Licenses: A valid manual driver's license with a clean record. Having an MR or HR license will be considered a plus.
Certifications: EWP and Forklift High Risk Work licenses would be an advantage
Availability: Monday to Friday, commencing at 5:55am plus reasonable overtime. Some Saturdays are required, however generally only 1-2 month depending upon the needs of the business.

Pay based on skillset and experience - will be discussed during interview stage. Pay rates are based off our Enterprise Agreement. All hours worked above 38 are paid at overtime rates.
