 About the role

We are currently seeking two Mobile Service Technicians to join our Victoria service team, covering the Southwestern suburbs and the Northeastern suburbs of Melbourne.

This is a highly autonomous, field‑based role where you will manage your own territory and schedule, supported by a collaborative national service team and experienced leaders. You will work Monday to Friday with flexible daily hours, and overtime opportunities available.

What you will be doing:

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining Tennant cleaning equip

• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults

• Providing a high level of customer service onsite

• Working safely and maintaining quality standards at all times

• Managing your workload independently within your allocated territory

 About You

You are a motivated and safety‑focused technician who enjoys working autonomously and engaging with customers with:

• Relevant trade qualifications (Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic)

• Experience servicing and diagnosing mechanical equipment

• Exposure to sweepers, scrubbers, or hydraulic systems (highly regarded)

• A current C Class Driver’s Licence

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Confidence using computers and the Microsoft Office suite

• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
