About Us:
RM Industrial is a fast growing company that provides high-quality electrical services to industrial and commercial clients. Our company has a strong focus on commissioning critical diesel back-up power solutions for data centres, and installation of fuel monitoring & filling systems for generators.
We are seeking an experienced industrial electrician that has the ability to work in a team environment and be flexible with working arrangements. A willingness to learn, ability to work overtime, and take pride in their workmanship will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
Experience in industrial and commercial sectors
Execute commissioning plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Pre-Commissioning Functional tests of backup generators for data centres
Experience in electrical control systems, including fault finding & repairs
Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and technical specifications
Work in a team environment to install and test instrumentation/control equipment
Requirements
Electrical Licence & Driver's Licence
Minimum 3+ years industrial electrical experience
White Card
Prepared to work overtime with paid travel to/from project sites.
Willing to undertake project work which may require periods away from home
Interaction and liason with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and fellow team members
Able to obtain Police clearance
Must be an Australian resident
Desirable
Experience working with Diesel Generators and Fuel Systems - Highly regarded
Electrical Commissioning experience - Highly regarded
Data Center and/or Power Generation experience - Highly regarded
Company Benefits
Hourly rate: $51 - $55/hr + Super (Experience dependent)
All overtime paid at double time
Overnight travel allowance of $130/night
Company issued vehicle + laptop
