Engineering Mechanical - Machining Apprentice

About the Role

We are currently seeking an Engineering apprentice who wants to continue with their Cert III Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Machining). This is an opportunity to complete your trade qualification in a supportive and well-structured manufacturing environment that specialises in the manufacture of change parts, located in Kings Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Continue development towards completion of your trade qualification
• Carry out manufacturing and workshop-based tasks
• Read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely
• Assist qualified tradespeople with fabrication and production work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Follow WHS policies and procedures at all times

About You

• Keen to complete your apprenticeship and build a long-term trade career
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Basic understanding of workshop tools and processes
