We are looking for a motivated and experienced cabinet maker to join our growing team at MJ Leckie Carpentry, a specialist in high-end outdoor living spaces — including decks, pergolas, and alfresco areas.

About the Role

You'll be working on a range of outdoor projects across the Northern Beaches and Sydney

Your work will mostly be operating the outdoor kitchen construction department from onsite measure ups, basic designing, ordering materials, project management, operating cnc machine, edge bander and other workshop machinery required to construct the outdoor kitchens.

but from time to time you may need to help within building decks alongside a skilled, professional team that values quality and detail over volume.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in cabinet maker that would also like to hele the decking team onsite from time to time

• Minimum 3 -5 years of carpentry experience required

• Own tools and transport

• Must be able to read and interpret all plan types including complex technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team

• Comfortable liaising with clients and representing the company professionally

• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture

• Can accurately control stock and materials for the projects

• Must have Australian work rights
