About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our dynamic team at our Matraville, NSW location. As a Panel Beater, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our luxury automotive vehicles. This full-time role will involve utilising your expertise to expertly repair and restore vehicle panels, ensuring our customers receive the exceptional service they expect.

What you'll be doing

• Perform high-quality panel repair and refinishing work on a variety of luxury vehicles

• Diagnose and assess vehicle damage, develop repair plans, and execute the necessary repairs

• Operate specialised panel beating tools and equipment with precision and care

• Liaise with customers and provide updates on the progress of their vehicle repairs

• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols

• Collaborate with the wider Automotive Trades team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Panel Beater, preferably within the luxury automotive industry

• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of panel beating processes, techniques, and equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, precise work

• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and collaborate with team members

• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all relevant industry regulations and guidelines
